Indicative costings are as below and fall due within 4 months following completion of the report.

Service Details
Screening Reports
Screening reports are usually available with a 3-4 week turnaround from acceptance of instruction and receipt of all the relevant documentation.
These are charged at £250-£550
They are not addressed to the Court, are not for disclosure and are to be used only for advisory purposes regarding the merit of a potential claim.
Desktop reports
Desktop reports are available with a 4 week turnaround from acceptance of instruction and receipt of all the relevant documentation.
Fees are charged out at hourly rate of £150 per hour, a more accurate fee estimate will be provided upon receipt of the letter of instruction.
Breach of Duty Reports
From £700-£1250 (depending on complexity).
Causation Report
From £700-£1250 (depending on complexity)
Combined Breach of Duty and Causation Reports
From £850-£1500 (depending on complexity).
Clients are examined at a surgery in West London or on Merseyside.
Condition and Prognosis reports from £800-£1300 (depending on complexity and volume of documentation for review)
Dental Personal Injury Accident reports from £800-£1500 (depending on complexity and volume of documentation for review)
A more accurate fee estimate will be provided upon receipt of the letter of instruction.
Consultations in London and on Merseyside will usually be provided within 4 weeks of receipt of instruction and all relevant documentation.
Reports are usually provided within 3-4 weeks post consultation.
Court Attendances are charged at £1,000 per day, or £500 for half a day.
